Inner Hive Coaching offers professional coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group sessions, workshops, etc.], designed to support your personal or professional growth. The scope, format, and delivery of services will be outlined in separate agreements, booking confirmations, or communications with you.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information during interactions and coaching sessions.

  • Respect the intellectual property, confidentiality, and rights of this website and other users.

  • Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our services without prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Fees for coaching services are as listed on our website or agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though existing bookings will not be affected.

  • Payment: Payments must be made in advance via listed methods, unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy (Section 5).

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by You: You may cancel a scheduled session by providing 24 hours written notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled session or a refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services or missed sessions without timely cancellation, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided during coaching sessions such as materials, worksheets, videos are owned by Inner Hive Coaching or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your coaching experience.

7. Confidentiality

  • We will treat information you share during coaching sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality of any group sessions or shared materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our coaching services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from your participation.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law. Inner Hive Coaching and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Disclaimers

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at our discretion.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct we deem harmful or inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, but obligations such as payments remain.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation before proceeding to legal action in the courts of Ontario Canada.
